Preview

The 45th edition of Vuelta a Guatemala welcomes 113 riders from 10 nations with most Central American countries present. The favourites are to be found in the Colombian Aguardiente Antioqueño and Loteria del Tachira of Venezuela and even more in the only European team: VC Bassano of Italy with Daniele Masolino, third in the baby Giro this year as its most merited rider. Abel Jocholá (Broncomiel) and Miguel Angel Pérez (Coca Cola) are the local hopes.
