Tour of Mexico

Mexican Mario Velazco won the fourth stage of Ruta Mexico '95 and is also
new leader on GC. 16 kilometres from the finish Mexican Miguel Arroyo
attacked with only Velazco and the Colombians Gustavo Wilches and Luis
Espinoza being able to respond. They held on to finish 19 seconds ahead of
the first peloton.
