Lotto has completed its 1996 line-up with the signing of four neo-pros: Tony
Bracke, Sebastian Demarbaix, Christophe Detilloux and Rik Verbrugghe. Six riders
leave the team, Mario and Peter De Clercq, Baguet, Verdonck, Moreels and
Francois, and there are three other new signings: the Kazakh Oleg Kozlitine
(ex-Le Groupement), and the German Thomas Fleischer and the Belgian Peter
Verbeken (both ex-Collstrop).

Collstrop has signed French riders Sebastian Medan and Benoit Salmon (both
ex-Castorama).
