Paris-Bourges put back to October 2The Paris-Bourges bike race will be put forward to October 2. The French semi-classic, usually held in February, was won last year by the Dutchman Tristan Hoffman. It was delayed this year because the city of Bourges could not make a financial commitment. On Monday it was decided to hold the race on October 2. The organisation from Bourges said that one business had given 90,000 guilders (about $A50,000), but the authorities will have to contribute around half of the costs. They are looking for sponsors.
