Johan Capiot (Bel, Collstrop) won Hasselt-Spa-Hasselt in the Belgian Ardennes.
Hasselt is 30 kms west of Maastricht on the road to Antwerp. The terrain is
flat until you cross the River Meuse (belgium) or Maas (in the NL) then it is
characterised by a sequence of very steep but not very long climbs.
