Kathy Watt on form at Track Nationals

Kathy Watt, Barcelona road gold-medallist, today came within 2 seconds of the world women's individual pursuit record in a qualifying round of the 3000m national ind. pursuit at Perth.

She rode a time of 3.38.24 to easily beat her principle rival Lucy Tyler-Sharman. More later.
