Jan Koerts won the regional competitition in Wielsbeke on Saturday. The Palmans-rider was the fastest in the mass sprint from Michel Cornelisse and the Belgian Niko Eeckhout.

For Koerts it was his third victory of the season, with one other criterium and a stage in the Teleflex-Tour.
