Adri van der Poel beat Luca Bramati in a sprint finish. Third placed
Groenendaal came in half a minute later.
Bramati increased his overall lead in the Super Prestige.

Claus Moller hit by car

Danish professional (MXO) Claus Michael Moller fractured his right hand after being hit by a car when out training in Aarhus. He said that it was a bad moment to be injured, during this important build-up period for the new season.

He has his right arm in plaster, but expects to be ready to race the Challange Mallorca in mid-February.

Mike Kluge wins in Magstadt

Former (three times) world champion Mike Kluge took his fifth win of the season in Magstadt. He took the lead from the start and held it all the way. The fiercest opposition came from the young Czech riders Jiri Pospisil, European champion in the Espoirs (under 23) category and Ondres Lukes, junior world champion in 1991.
