s'-Hertogenbosch on the net

If the Dutch is a mouthful - you can just call it Den Bosch (pronounced Boskke)

s'-Hertogenbosch is now on the www with info about the prologue and first two stages of the Tour '96.

Go to the English Language URL

It is under heavy construction so don't expect too much.

A couple of examples:

"This is the route of the prologue from the Tour De France. The Weelers wil start at the Maaspoort. They wil cross the river Dieze and then come back near the Sint Jan church. The distance is a several kiometers. This isn't normal for a Prologue."

(Besides the spelling *Weelers?* the prologue will start in the Brabanthallen. And also the part about the unusual prologue-distance, 9 kms)

"The first route of the weelers is very interesting. They will go from Den Bosch to Eindhoven. Then they will pass the Dutch-Belgium border and go to Brussels."

Well, it can only get better.

Note also that the city is locally known as Den Bosch, much easier to say and spell.
