BAUER GOES PLANETARY
Rene Wenzel of Saturn Cycling has officially confirmed
that Steve Bauer will be racing for Saturn Cycling in 1996!
1997 TOUR PROLOGUE
The 1997 Tour de France will begin with a 7.3 kms prologue through the
streets of Rouen on 5 July 1997. Chosen from three candidates, Rouen,
l'Indre and Disneyland, the idea is to honor the 10th anniversary of the
death of Tour great, Jacques Anquetil.
The full route for the 1997 Tour will be announced on 25 October 96.
