Ballerini out for 3 weeks

Franco Ballerini is sidelined for 3 months. The former winner winner of Paris-Roubaix hurt himself after falling hard on the Cauberg during the Amstel Gold Race.

An examination at the hospital has confirmed that the third place getter in the Ronde van Vlaanderen has a break in the "darmbeen" [which translates at intestine-bone which doesn't make sens], just above the hip and a broken rib.

This week he will go to the medical centre of Lucca for another opinion.
