Race 5 - July 18: Shore Personnel Whitnall Park Criterium, Hales Corners, WI

Overall leader, Robbie Ventura, US Postal Team took the day off today but remains the Yellow Jersey Leader. Olympian, Jonas Carney, Prime Alliance maintained 2nd and Victor Rapinski, Russian Champion - Saturn Development Team gained an amazing 17 today moving him up to 3rd place in the overall standings.

An exciting turn of events occurred after 53 laps raced and only 17 to go. Eight riders lapped the field changing the whole profile of the race! Defending champ Pelle Kil, still not feeling well and past Super Week Champ Harm Jansen hurting from yesterday's crash had been "sitting" in the field when the eight riders lapped them. They saw Ivan Domingus position and worked with him, pushing him to the front where he and Victor Rapinski blasted into the final sprint for a 1-2 win.
