The 63rd Giro del Belvedere, part of the Under 23 World Cup, disputed in Villa di Villa (Treviso), has been won by Yaroslav Popovych (Zoccorinese Vellutex Casa Selezione). The Ukranian escaped with 8 kilometres to go, and won by 50 seconds from Michele Scarponi (Frezza) and Zoccorinese teammate, Giampaolo Caruso. It was 21 year old Popovych's third win this season.
