1999 Stage 6 winner: Anna Wilson

2000 DE SNOWY RACE ROUTE

The final road stage is 97.3 kilometers from Thredbo to Cooma. It is relatively unchallenging with two category two climbs en route, and one sprint. However, the climbs are enough to produce a few gaps in the bunch, and the race leader will not have things in the bag until the stage finishes.
