Stage 6 - June 14: Rubiera - Recoaro Terme, 190 km

Break out the granny gears...

Stage 6 of the Baby Giro was a solid one with a category 2 climb followed by a cat 1 to the finish. Most of the teams were using a 25 tooth rear due to the steep last climb. The lead again changed and the Australian team lost 2 more riders. Baden Cooke stopped with tendon pain and Allan Davis with an oncomming infection. Scott Davis and Brad Davidson again performed well in the hills.
