More than 10,000 sports enthusiasts came out to watch athletes that included the Linda McCartney cycling team and Olympic cyclist Nicole Freedman. UCI U-23 International Bicycle Race: The day's banner event, the U-23 featured Olympic competitors, regional champions and national team members from the U.S., Canada and Europe in an international, 72-mile bicycle race. The event is distinguished as the only U-23 race in North America to be recognized by the UCI and the largest prize list ($10,000) of any U-23 event in the world. ResultsIndividual: 1.
