Chacón duo win Venezuelan Franklin Chacón won the fifth stage of the Vuelta a Tachira, while his namesake and compatriot José Chacón took over the overall lead. Both riders ride for the Kino Táchira team, and they arrived at the finish together but the judges awarded the victory to Franklin. Today, two mountain prizes were on offer which were won by Venezuelans Tommy Alcedo and Franklin Chacón. Venezualan riders have won four of of five stages contested so far. Results 1.
