Graciano, who now wears the yellow jersey, escaped from a group of nine riders just meters from the end. Martín Garrido, of the Spanish Fuenlabrada squad, finished second in the circuit race of 118 kilometers in the city of Barinas, about 550 kilometers to the West of Caracas.
