Stage 4a - February 11: Bayamo-Holguín, 90 km

Cuban Luis Romero won the first half of stage four, 90 kms from Bayamo to Holguín ahead of compatriot Yunier Alonso. A group of twelve riders, way down on the GC, got a gap during the second half of the race.

Cuban Pedro Pablo Pérez keeps the leaders jersey.
