Stage 3 - December 26: Long Hua Town Criterium, Shenzhen, 63 km

Hong Kong duo dominate day three

Hong Kong's favourite star, Kam Po Wong, won the third stage of the Tour of the South China Sea, a 14 lap, 63 kilometre criterium in the town of Long Hua. Riding for the Hong Kong Cycling Association team, Wong outsprinted Japan's Shibuya Junichi and Australian Michael Simms in the fast paced stage. Although Wong only lies ninth overall after losing time in yesterday's stage, his teammate Ho Siu-lun leads the race overall by a fraction of a second to South African Neil McDonald.

Wong has basically written off his chances at winning the race, but will certainly try for more stages and help Ho Siu-lun to win. However, he can never be underestimated as many of the competitors in this race know.

The fourth stage is an 80.8km road race held in Zhongshan.
