Australian team report

Yesterday the Australian team rode a national under 23 race in Poggiana in the north of Italy. The race covered 6 laps of a 10km flat course followed by 3 laps of an 18km course with a 3km difficult climb and a short very steep climb. A very strong field of Italy's best under 23s plus a national team from the Ukraine contested the race. It was won by a Ukranian from Vellutex, Yaroslav Popovych who soloed in ahead of Ramon Bianchi of MG Aqua. Vellutex riders also took 3rd and 4th.

The Australian team worked well with Allan and Scott Davis showing how much they have developed, both running in the top 10.
