Main Page Stage 4 - Seravezza-Lucca, 165 kms - October 1 Report: Paolo Bettini has won the Giro del Lucca by the slim margin of three seconds following the fourth and final stage of the Italian stage race. The 165km fourth stage from Seravezza to Lucca was taken out by fellow Italian Pietro Caucchioli, who escaped after only nine kilometres and held off the chasers to win by three seconds, in front of Arturas Kasputis and Diego Ferrari. The final stage was completed at a fast clip, with the winner's average speed coming in just under 47 kmh.
