Today's shortened stage from David to Frontera, Dolega and back to David was dominated by a 3 man breakaway, containing Jose Bonilla and Federico Ramirez (Pizza Hut) and Victor Martinez (Mexico, UAG). The three-up sprint was won by Bonilla from teammate Ramirez, with Martinez taking third. However, the three were no threat to the overall lead of Cesar Pinto (Pan, Fiesta-Casino) who claimed yellow yesterday.
