Stage 10 - November 28David - 82 kmCourtesy of Manuel Samaniego Panama's Alexis Caballero won the 19th edition of the Vuelta a Chiriqui, after the last stage was raced in the streets of David. Hernan Bonilla (C.R.) won the stage with a time of 1.59.56, but it was Caballero who took the overall victory in the 10 day race. "I want to dedicate my victory to my son who turns 5 today and to my brothers Alcides and Boris," said Alexis during one of his many interviews. Alexis' brother Boris was also a cyclist. He was hit by a car while on a training ride and is now in a wheel chair. Caballero also announced that he will now be retiring from cycling. Results: 1. Hernan Bonilla (C.R.)
