Some scattered results have reached us from the bi-millennial Tour of the South China Sea, from Hong Kong to Macau. Slovakian Martin Riska, fresh from coming 18th in the African Tour du Faso, won the first stage 12 seconds ahead of iranian Amir Zargari who took points enough to wear the orange points jersey. Kiwi Glenn Mitchell took over after the second stage ITT, but had to yield to local star Kam Po Wong as the race went on to Macau.
