The 50th Omloop der Kempen is part of the celebrations for the golden jubilee in Veldhoven (near Eindhoven) and included is a reception for the past winners. The event is organised by the Stichting Omloop de Kempen on behalf of the TWC Tempo-Veldhoven (the local Touring and Racing club). The Elite event is over 200 kms and starts and finishes in Dorpstraat, Veldhoven. All the Top Competition clubs (8 riders per club) will be racing and the top 8 Belgian elite teams will also be participating.
