Cees Priem is now being detained overnight.
The Festina riders who were questioned in Lyon have been held in police custody for further questioning. Under French law they can be detained for 48 hours with formal charges being laid.
French police have said that they will question Casino and Rabobank later today after further allegations have arisen among the Tour peloton.
