South African National Championships

David Cowie, who regularly sends data from South Africa writes that the Championships were held in Tweespruit, Free-State Province. Interesting to note that the first three U23 TT times were better than the 1st elite's and that the U23 leading pack crossed the line some 9 minutes quicker than the first elite's time!
