Brief
The 24th Batavus Ronde van Zuid Freisland was part of the Wielerweekend
at Heerenveen which included the 80 km Hake Voorjaarclassic
for women on the Saturday and races for Juniors and Juveniles. On the Sunday
the major race of the weekend involved Elites and Neo-Amateurs over a testing
circuit of 177 kms. Gerben Löwik of the P&O-Löwik-Giant won his second race
for the weekend after triumphing in the Arjaan de Schipper Trophee on
Saturday in Goes.
