Because Dr. Demi Hechinova is the resident Phil Liggett behind the mic! With (in)famous comments like, "He's got the Jelly...and he's got the Belly!" (To a slightly rotund Jelly Belly rider) The pros and spectators laughed their way to the start of all the stages.
