Bernard rode 5 hours at the PowerBar booth as a lead-in to the CTS 10 minute tests. A good crowd gathered to watch him complete mile 100 with a few minutes to go. By that point, he was really getting into it and had his heart rate cranked up over 190, as displayed on the overhead screen.
