Frank Vandenbroucke arrested

Frank Vandenbroucke (R) arrives handcuffed with a policeman, at the Court House of Dendermonde, 28 February 2002. Vandenbroucke was arrested after several banned substances were found during a search of his house, a prosecutor's office spokesman said.
