Frank Vandenbroucke arrested

The directeur sportif of DOMO, Patrick Lefevere (L), and spokesman Denis Dejonghere, announce the firing of Frank Vandenbroucke, 28 February 2002, after his arrest and the arrest of Bernard Sainz. Vandenbroucke was arrested after the police discovered doping products in his house. The police followed the declarations of French Bernard Sainz, arrested yesterday, to search the house of the cyclist. Vandenbroucke could leave the Court House of Dendermonde, Thursday noon, after having been questioned by the police.
