leader of the U-23 competition Martin Grashev (Team Nessebar), leader of the King of the Mountains competition Jaroslaw Dabrowski (Team Poland), Race Leader Stephen Gallagher (An Post - M. Donnelly - Sean Kelly Team), second on the stage Evan Oliphant (Team Plowman Craven), winner of Stage 2 and leader of the Points competition Dean Downing (Stena - Rapha Condor - Recycling.co.uk), and best placed County Rider on Stage 2 Stephen O'Sullivan (Meath - MyHome.ie - BDBC).
