Domo confirms that Lefevere will leave

On Friday evening Domo-Farm Frites has confirmed that Patrick Lefevre will leave the team at the end of the season. ,p> "Today we heard that Patrick Lefevre will leave the team at the end of the season," said an official press communiqué. "The board of direction deeply regrets this because as everyone was able to see again today, Patrick has built a fantastic team. He has promised to prepare the fusion of Lotto and Domo in the best possible way and will help us with his advice and experience, in all serenity and we count on him to do so. The board of direction does wish him all the best with his future career."

More than likely his career will continue with Quick Step but at this moment this has not been confirmed. Patrick Lefevre will talk to the press on Saturday at the earliest.
