Preview
The 20th annual Chile Challenge will host a range of events over the American Memorial Day holiday including USA Cycling Mountain Bike National Gravity and Cross-Country races, a UCI Category 2 downhill and 4X and the USA Cycling 4X Elite National Championships
Qualifying runs for the 4X will be held Friday, May 23, the UCI finals will be Saturday, May 24 and the USA Cycling 4X Elite Mountain Bike National Championships go off at approximately 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, May 26. Friday's qualifying times will be used to set up brackets for Sunday's national championship final.
The UCI 4X and downhill events at the Chile Challenge will also act as selection races for the US World Championship 4X and downhill squads.
