Petterson wins in tight race

Joanna Peterson (Maxxis) continued her winning ways by beating Amay Laird at Windham Mountain by 2.39 seconds. Heavy rain just prior to the event had the women starting in a cloud on top of the mountain then facing a very slick track.

"My race was good but I hit a tree trying a new line," said Petterson. "The grass was so slippery today...when you came onto it you just tried to hold on."
