Fredrik Kessiakoff (Cannondale-Vredestein) leads the series from teammate Roel Paulissen.
Roel Paulissen (Cannondale-Vredestein) sits in second place, some 49 seconds behind Kessiakoff.
Tereza Hurikova (Ceska sporitelna MTB) holds second place in the elite women's series.
Kraft Ivonne took second in the time trial.
Elsbeth Van Rooy-Vink (Holland National Team) won the time trial.
Elina Sophokleous (Bikin’cyprus Int’l MTB team) finished fifth.
Christof Bischof (Bikin’cyprus Int’l MTB team).

The Afxentia 2007 stage race consists of two UCI class 1 races plus a time trial (results below) only counting in the general classification. The two UCI-races are also included as race nos. two and three in the Sunshine Cup.
